Victoria Thong - People
Victoria is a friendly and creative Part II Architecture Assistant who graduated from the University of Westminster.
Educated in London and Singapore, Victoria is interested in architecture as a cultural product. Navigating different socio-political historical and architectural contexts, her academic work is based in Asia, Europe and the Middle East. Her final thesis project based in Jerusalem has been exhibited as part of the Qalandiya International Biennial in London and Ramallah.
Prior to joining Edward Williams Architects, Victoria worked for various design and research practices in Singapore and has experience in retail and residential design and master-planning. Her year out with Future Cities Laboratory (ETH-FCL) investigated Singapore's modernist movement and culminated in an exhibition in Singapore and Zurich.
Victoria speaks English and Mandarin and also enjoys ceramics, pottery and travel bookstores.
