This area has a high density of population and lacks in public spaces for community gathering. The new Library will be a new iconic public building within which the community can gather and can identify.

The circular shape also allows for the functional spaces to be on the perimeter showing the internal activities to the outside. This leaves multifunctional spaces for the use of the community in the centre of the building.
