Edward Williams Architects team at the Maggie's Culture Crawl London 2016
21st September 2016
Last Friday, 16th of September, the Edward Williams Architects team walked 10miles in the night across London as part of the Culture Crawl London 2016 to raise money for Maggie’s Centres.
Walking through the city at night exploring the architecture and culture has been a wonderful way to support Maggie’s, because evidence shows that a combination of exercise, environment and creative expression can strengthen physical and emotional wellbeing for people living with cancer.
We had a lot of fun, painting our faces with the EWA logo and glitters, chatting along the way and enjoying a quite London by night, visiting places and nibbling on sweets and tea offered at the stations, and making to the finishing line by 2.30am to get our medals!
What a fabulous night!
Maggie's Centres are uplifting, calm environments that provide a positive experience for visitors.
