This six bedroom house has been bought as a retreat for a business couple who are based in London during the week. The project is currently in design phase where we are exploring options for refurbishment or re-development based on cost, programme and design aspirations.

The brief is to create contemporary bright and open living/dining/kitchen space with elegant bedrooms and bathrooms above. Our clients wish to link the house firmly to the gardens and views of the countryside beyond. The gardens and entrance drive are to be upgraded with a new 20m swimming pool, terraces, garages and barns, and a large walled garden. This project is a significant upgrade to this estate.
