This Sutherland Avenue raised ground floor flat had interesting period features and high ceilings but had been neglected and badly planned internally.

Our practice was appointed to re-design the flat with a full refurbishment to provide a contemporary home while maintaining and enhancing its period features.

The fireplace, mouldings, cornices and mirrors where reinstated and centred in the important living room and a solid oak French herringbone flooring fitted throughout the flat.

The bedrooms have been re-configured with two new bathrooms and a new kitchen.
